Explain very well what was wrong with the old, outdated cartridge, which is 15 years old. Give me the choice to replace the whole assembly because they do not make that kind of cartridge anymore. TJ did not try to oversell the project (he actually suggested doing less rather than more) and was able to have a custom counter/sink made for a very tricky cabinet base. His crew installed 2 toilets, a light fixture, and a new sink top (including all new plumbing in the cabinet) in less than a day AND in the middle of a pandemic and snowy weather. They laid drop cloths from the front door to the bath, wore masks, and left no clean for me. There were other things in the house that needed attention and Kyle changed did a "wellness" check around the house, the bathrooms and found that the faucet to the outside of the house needed updating. I wills say that their price was a little high but for my peace of mind, it was worth it.
