Explain very well what was wrong with the old, outdated cartridge, which is 15 years old. Give me the choice to replace the whole assembly because they do not make that kind of cartridge anymore. His crew installed 2 toilets, a light fixture, and a new sink top (including all new plumbing in the cabinet) in less than a day AND in the middle of a pandemic and snowy weather. They laid drop cloths from the front door to the bath, wore masks, and left no clean for me.
