Each time - from scheduling to repair - they've been honest, pleasant, helpful, professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. They also keep detailed records, which they review prior to performing any repairs, and they have never tried to "sell" us on something we didn't need. I have recommended them to others in the past and will continue to do so."

I had a motor and belt go on an older washing machine, Josue's recommendation (after adding up costs) was to consider purchasing a new one because the costs were higher than half of what it would cost to buy new. We chose to repair it anyway and it is now running fabulous.
