They were professional and capable? while preparing the bill I got them each another cold drink. When an ALL PHASE bill was generated I was concerned ? When the bill was twice what I was told it would be I told the Technicians what happened. Yes the bill was paid if full. Only because the Gentlemen servicing our equipment truly had the ability to make this customer glad they showed. This customer will not refer ALL PHASE due to the underhanded way they got the job!"
