"My tech, Tyson, was extremely helpful and informative. He explained everything that could be wrong and helped me come up with the best solution within my budget. My drains got unclogged and I would highly recommend Tyson and Rescue Rooter!!"

"David came out and ran a camera for me, and basically confirmed my suspicions about the tree growing into my downspout underground drainage system. His quote was less than half the competitors as well. I decided to have him try and clear the line, but it just wasn't salvageable. David was very professional and seems to care more about helping you fix the problem than up-selling his services. Although I chose not to have him replace the line as I am going to attempt it myself, David reached out and opened me up to some solid alternatives, and continued to give me unsolicited professional advice, which in the end led me to the best decision for my home and wallet. All around good experience, i would certainly recommend giving him a call and see what im talking about."

"Great help with a stubborn kitchen clog. Friendly & explaining to me along the way (I had tried to plunge it myself). Thanks Dan, & Phil! (A different company responded with an AI scheduler so it was especially nice to get the human touch that Zoom Drain gives.)"

"Travis and his team were absolutely awesome. From the moment I first spoke with him on the phone about the issue, I felt like he was trustworthy. I had called him for a 2nd opinion on a kitchen drain pipe that was blocked and traversed the entire floor of our finished basement. We had to pull up the flooring, jackhammer in through the basement concrete, replace the pipe and put new concrete. Executive Drains did it quickly and very well, and mostly importantly, with great communication throughout. Highly recommend!"

"They came the same day and got the job done. Drains are draining quickly and smoothly. Very friendly and competent."

"There aren't enough superlatives to properly rate this company. My wife and I are Realtors. So we deal with a lot of plumbers, electricians, etc. Axiom is far and away the best in all areas - friendliness, competence, experience, pricing, honesty, promptness - you name it. Our main drain line was clogged. After 3 different plumbers failed to fix the problem, Rob Evans of Axiom PDX found the clog and fixed in less than an hour. Rob saved us thousands of dollars in bogus repairs that had been proposed by the other plumber. Unless I am forced, I will never use or recommend a plumbing services company other than Axiom PDX. You won't be sorry (and you really might be sorry if you run into one of those big company scammers who almost got us)."

"I had a Clorox toilet scrub pad stuck in the toilet. I was concerned about the problem it may have caused. Nolan came out and look at the problem. He flushed the toilet a few times and apparently the scrub pad may have gone down the sewage. To be sure, he also used his endoscope to look at the outside sewage line to confirm the water is flowing smoothly. There was no charge for coming out for his evaluation. I really appreciate his honesty, rather than just trying to make a few bucks. Thank you."

"I had a clogged drain that no amount of plunging could get rid of. I called several companies. I initially went with Mr Rooter because they were the only ones that could make it out that same day. Glad I did. The technician was very pleasant and he took his time to explain all the steps he was doing and let me watch as he put a camera down the drain and showed me on the screen where the clog was and all the build-up in the pipes. He then brought in a high pressure washer and I watched on the screen as he cleaned the pipes all the way down to where it joined up with the main sewer line. I initally thought the estimate was a little high, but not after watching all that they (his supervisor also showed up after an hour to help out) did."
