"I truly appreciated Indy Pool Covers honestly and promptness in getting my cover fixed. At first, I requested a repair. Matt came out and didn't not charge me for a service charge since the cover was in bad shape and needed repair. Shortly after it broke (while waiting on the new cover to arrive). They knew I was in a "pickle" and needed to get the pool open soon due to other issues also going on. They were able to get my new cover installed and working in a very short period of time. I would highly recommend them!"

"The crew was very professional and polite. The crew had to correct a large hump we had at the beginning of our driveway, as well as, repave the entire thing. The owner was there working next to his crew. The end result was beautiful. I felt well taken care of and well educated by the owner as to the paving process overall. "I found recreation unlimited and was doing research. After talking with them and doing prices I chose to go with a different provider based on price. They brought up concerns about quality, but their price was significantly higher. If I was going to go with anything more than a garden shed I may consider going with them in the future, but for what they are offering and what I was looking for, it wasn't worth paying for such an increased price. If going with recreation unlimited look at the delivery costs and support costs that are not included in their shed cost options. They were extremely responsive in my questions and contact though and very proffesional in working with them."

"Prompt response to my request for service, great communication...very easy and pleasant to deal with...showed me what needed to be repaired and inspected other things to make sure that they were seemingly all ok. I personally am not a big fan of service fees that are not then absorbed or offset with work that is done, but to be fair as well, it is not uncommon either. I did appreciate the communication and quality of work done, and his knowledge of my hot tub (and just with respect to hot tubs in general) was evident."
