When I first called Mike, he patiently listened to our project requirements, answered our numerous questions, and came up with a plan to fit our budget. There were some challenging design goals that we included in our requirements, and he was very accommodating and creative in coming up with various solutions to these. With his excellent communication and management skills, he was consistently timely with his responses to our emails, and kept us updated as the project progressed.
