"It seems Jay is doing the right thing by the local community- harder to come by these days in a post Covid world of depersonalized service, where the options regrettably seem to be either minimally competent in one micro-aspect of IT support (e.g. installing a battery) or borderline vindictive in terms of predatory pricing.
