"We selected our door and side lights from a variety of options and were quite satisfied that our selection was right for us and of high quality. The installation took place during the recent sub-freezing cold ... but went in without a hitch due to a top notch experienced team (two) of installers. This installation was more complicated than the average install due to the stone portal, but these guys got it done right ... and it looks just great. There is a noticeable improvement in the warm of our vestibule following the install. We did have a problem in miscommunication. After the order was written we needed to confirm the color of the door and trim which required my wife to call the salesperson. During that phone call, the door color and trim were confirmed. In addition, my wife requested a color change in the threshold. The Door & trim colors were recorded but the threshold information was not. Fortunately, the finished product looked great and was acceptable to us. While this in no way takes away from the first class job performed and the quality of the products received; it is wise to have all post order information entered into the original order to reduce the likelihood of this type error happening."

"As part of removing the brick wall, Masonry Craftsman Joe Kreger carefully sawed the ends of both the south-facing and north-facing brick walls to match the new siding. The most critical part was creating a waterproof transition from the first story shingled roof to the vinyl siding. Repair Specialist Edgar Cordova removed the topmost row of shingles all the way across the roof. Then he sawed out an approximately ten inches wide strip of the underlying Oriented Strand Board (OSB) all the way across the wall; replacing this with new OSB. Next he over-lapped the existing roofing felt with a new layer (extending well up the wall) of “Snow Parrish felt, sealing all the seams. He then placed a row of new shingles. Finally he formed and installed a continuous sheet of flashing from the front (south) side of the house to the back (north) side; carefully caulking all the edges. Finally the siding was deftly mounted over the top edge of the flashing and all the way up to the top of the gable. Each step was very carefully executed and the result is a very attractive, water-proof wall. A few of the bricks of the north-facing brick wall needed to be replaced. Masonry Craftsman Joe Kreger returned for this touch up. His work is a perfect match to the existing wall and he artistically matched a décor feature used at each window by the original mason. We were continually reminded to call, by each crew chief, if we had any need for additional work to complete the job to our total satisfaction. My opinion: You can pay more, but you cannot buy better workmanship."

"I got this work done awhile ago - early 2019. I wanted to a decent period of time to lapse and multiple heavy rains to occur before I made my review: I'm very happy to say that my basement is still bone dry after a full year! Champion was neither the least nor most expensive option, they were approximately in the middle of the estimates that I got. Everybody I dealt with was very knowledgeable and professional. I want to say especially that the installation crew did an amazing job cleaning up after a messy, muddy job. Overall, I would highly recommend this company!"
