"We had our master bath completely demolished and rebuilt. We were very nervous because we’d never taken on a project like this, but we purchased a 30 year old home knowing we’d have to. We got 2 separate estimates that came in almost identical in price, so we were comfortable we were well within the industry standard for this type of work.
