"They were great. The work was done quickly and professionally. The quality was great."

"Do not buy these metal boxes as they require much specialized maintenance. They use caulk to hold these things together which breaks down quickly. I have one in a house we recently bought and it's a nightmare, thus I have been dealing with these clowns since Nov. 2018. If they do come out to repair, they bring their caulk guns and grossly overcharge knowing it's very temporary. Then they sit back and wait for the next call, while a great business model for them, it's horrible for the customer. I spoke with their "regional manager" and he is pretty much the typical patronizing clown you would expect from a company like this, a flurry of canned excuses, shrugs and chuckles which all lead back to more grossly overpriced maintenance. After spending $560 on a caulk session I found this (see photo below), they offered to have one of the clowns come out on a unicycle and give me a price on redoing the whole structure. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT BUY!!! P.S. Free Patio Enclosure, you tear down and haul."

"I found the Wheeler Brothers on Angie's List and called to discuss the work that I needed done. They were very responsive to my phone calls and e-mails, and we agreed on an estimate and date for the work to be completed. They arrived on time and completed all of the work in one day. While working, they suggested some repairs to the gutters that would help to prevent future damage. I agreed to the additional work and the additional charge for materials and labor. I am very satisfied with the work done by the Wheeler Brothers, particularly in the areas of responsiveness, competence, and price. I expect to hire them again for some additional work later this year."

"We live on a hill, with a set of steps to navigate the front yard, that end in a landing at the bottom. They were destroyed in an accident. Steve and his crew at SS Creative were the contractor I selected to repair the work. They did an excellent job matching the new construction to the old construction. "We were unable to get the variance permission from Fairfax County to allow the construction to proceed (after 2 years of trying). We have tried to cancel the contract with Total Remodeling Systems, and they have been completely unresponsive. We have sent 3 letters, 4 emails, and left half a dozen messages. We cannot get anyone to acknowledge that we want to cancel the contract, and we cannot get anyone to provide us with information about a refund (or partial refund) of our 20% deposit. We have been trying for 6 MONTHS to get a response. NOTHING!!!"
