"Brian and Ray H. arrived at 8:00 a.m. and started working immediately and they both worked very late to ensure that everything had been installed correctly. They had a lot of work to do in order to install more modern equipment. Both Brian and Ray H. were very professional and kept us informed on what they were doing. We really appreciate both of them because they made sure that these two old people had heat once again. We would hire McCrea again."

The installation technicians were exceptional and took plenty of time to explain the features of our new units, how to properly maintain them, and how to correct any basic issues. We've also had a free inspection and seasonal check-up from them since (which comes free of charge for 5 years) and the service tech was also knowledgeable and helpful."
