All appointments were not only on time but were extremely punctual. We met first with Product Specialist Holly, who was enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. "IT was great! I have never had a problem working with this company. The people (from the customer service reps to the billing to the drivers) have all been honest and realistic with expectations, answered all of my questions and never charged me more than what is advertised on their website. Patricia and Victoria have gone out of their way to return my many phone calls on the weekends too. You just don't get customer service these days anymore like the bullbag provides.They came when they said they would, did what they said they would do and did it professionally and pleasantlly. It is a pleasure working with such an honest and reputable company. Especially since the dumpster industry has not been know for this! "It went well. The new unit generates more than enough heat for that area. Very satisfied with his work. This is the third time I have used WTPI. When I purchased this house the furnace was not working (we knew this), They installed a new furnace and a separate hot water unit, all natural gas. We had a water problem in the cellar, the furnace was ok but the electronic control for the water heater was damaged. They replaced this within hours. Have always had a good experience with this company."

"A Few Good Tradesmen was a good vendor for me. They were good at communicating prior to the job including working on the estimate and getting the work dates squared away. They arrived on the scheduled date and completed the job in the timeframe they expected.
We determined in advance which fence materials to use, and they showed up with the exactly correct materials and did a nice job of installation. The fence feels sturdy and the joints between the parts are nice and tight.
They had the two awnings down in short order without incident. Once they were down, the exposed siding needed touch-up, cleaning or something. Their original idea was to swap some of the damaged siding with good siding from the back of the garage, but they did not realize that the siding was aluminum (they thought it was vinyl) so they decided not to try to remove/replace siding and instead did a fair job of cleaning up the damaged areas.
The job site was clean after they left on both days of the two-day job.

They sent out contractors on their list. They don?t do the actual work. What they would do is schedule the contractor and then the contractor would not show up and then they would say we thought we called you to tell you they had rescheduled or something like that. The contractors sent the quotes to Top Notch and then Top Notch gave us the quotes. There were a lot of different things to be done. One company they sent out added something to the quote that was not to have been in there. They did not provide the insurance company with the proper paperwork that was necessary

My Project Manager was Kevin Q. He contacted me the same day I called to get an estimate on repairs in my home. Set up a appointment the following week. Kevin arrived at my home on time and was very polite and professional. Kevin looked at each job I wanted completed, taking notes and measuring. Received estimate the same day and signed contact to have the work started. All prices for materials and labor were outlined and listed on the estimate for each item that needed to be repaired or installed. The estimate was a better price than I had received from 2 previous companies. As each job was completed I was able to inspect it and make sure it was what I wanted and looked good in my house. All jobs were completed quickly and I was very pleased with the service, professionalism and overall effort to keep the costs affordable.  I was provided with all receipts for any materials purchased.  I would highly recommend LSI, the staff is professional and efficient. My project manager Kevin was organized, knowledgeable and hardworking.   LSI is a One Stop Shop and a great resource for getting many different odd jobs big and small and repairs all done with one job.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
