"Excellent job by Eddie. He wasn't sure at first that he would be able to clear one of the drains, due to the age/type of pipes in the house, but his efforts were successful. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Aside from the price of service it went well.  They were relatively on time and seemed to know what they were doing.  During the phone call I was told it would probably cost me around 100 dollars.  During the service they replaced a small part for the cost of $228 in addition to an $89 dollar diagnostic fee.  They said it was an expensive part.  I looked online and I could not see where that price was justified.  I found multiple equivalents for under thirty dollars.  So, $327 to replace a part that sells for less than thirty dollars and less than twenty minutes on the job site.  Now, I know they had to travel but I can not feel good about that overall cost given the degree of difficulty."
