Replaced our existing vanities, floors, toilets, and baseboards with great modern updates. We took our time selecting the right company to do our remodel. After reviewing and evaluating four companies, we selected West Shore Home. The quality of their materials, the updated designs and installation all done by their professional, trained, and experienced employees (no subcontractors) were the major reasons we selected West Shore Home. Their sales/design representative, Evan, listened to our needs and concerns before the design process started. He suggested helpful design alternatives and provided examples for our completed remodel. He explained before we signed the contract, the agreed cost in our contract is the last price we pay at the end of the work unless we change the scope of the work. We found Evan to be honest and professional. The installers, Kimball, Riley, Craig, Grayson, and Hunter were on time for the removal and worked hard until the installation was professionally complete. West Shore completed the remodel in two days! Kimball, the lead installer, was great. He explained the removal and installation process before starting the work and provided updated progress information during the process. They were very considerate of our living conditions and protected our home from any damage. They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and dedicated to getting the work done right. My only complaint that there was a disconnect of scheduling and timing the installer would be at our house for both the estimate and to install. Other than that it was great! "They removed existing tub, shower, vanity and all surrounding tile.  All flooring removed. Chipboard closet organizers removed. Built new custom tiled shower and tub where the old jetted tub was.  New cupboard/storage where old shower was.  New lighting, new vanity with two sinks vs. one. New fan and toilet in toilet room. Replaces old lighting cans in bedroom. New tile floor in the style that resembles wood.  Bead board on walls in bedroom. New paint all around. New closet organizer in melanine.

"We had a water main pipe burst underneath our house, and needed to get a galvanized pipe replaced with a copper pipe running from the street to under our house. We had gotten several estimates from other plumbers and Neighborly had the best deal. When Matt came over he identified the issue very quickly and described what would need to be done. We had recently done some landscaping in the front yard and planted native & pollinator-friendly plants and didn't want any of them damaged. Neighborly was the only one that offered to hand dig the holes needed for a trenchless water main installation in order to protect the plants. They showed great care in the work they were doing and their receptionist and scheduler Julie was very kind, informative, and transparent with everything. I ended up having them install a tankless water heater shortly after their water main work as well. Overall an amazing, trustworthy, and caring team with great up-front pricing."

"I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! They swapped out our broken old water heater for a high-quality tankless model (worth around $3k) and didn’t even ask for half down upfront. They also relocated my current water softener to its proper spot (the last company had installed it wrong), set up my Aquasana filtration system with UV light and installed new valves under my sinks. They handled everything from start to finish: purchasing all the materials themselves (including the water heater, pex pipe, fittings, wood, screws, and more), completing the install of the new one, they even hauled away the old one and made sure everything was working perfectly before even mentioning payment. In fact, they let me use it for three full days before I had to reach out to ask how to pay them! 🤯 I was thinking it was impossible to find a company that truly cares about the quality of their work and their customer’s experience anymore and every contractor only cared about rushing to collect a half down check to not show back up. I’ve been through absolute h*** with every contractor I’ve ever hired. When my water heater went out I was absolutely terrified to hire another one. Finally for once, I felt like they wanted me to actually enjoy and use what I paid for. That kind of professionalism and pride in workmanship is impossible to find these days. "Remodeling is not so fun, but with this company its great! We needed the base molding added in the living room, dining room, family room, and 2 hallways. They brought all the supplies! (I didn't want to bother with that.) They were prompt, stayed on task, wonderful bedside manner, and did a professional job. They even calked all the molding without making a mess. And yes they thoroughly picked up after themselves. I am hiring them again to replace 2 windows. Look no further, you will thoroughly love these guys. I didn't take a picture of the family room because it was too messy and I didn't feel like cleaning it up but the molding in there is beautiful."
