We had a leak in our tub, which John traced back to the old faucets, which needed to be replaced by new, single faucet. Was worried about how it would look, but John made it look like it had always been that way. Once that work was done, we asked John to replace our old sink and toilet. On the day of installation, John found that the special order toilet tank had a crack in it (thank you, Home Depot!) and John went out of his way to find a replacement that same day, so that we wouldn't be out of a bathroom (only 1 in house). I called numerous plumbers and Stephen was one of the few who was able to give me a quote (other quotes I received were at least twice as much) and showed up first thing the next morning. He was incredibly thorough with his work, running multiple tests, and not leaving my home until he was 100% sure the clog had been fully cleared. On top of all of this he ended up charging me less than quoted and even cleaned up around the sink. If you need a plumber, definitely give Stephen a call.
