They were a couple months out and we set a date to rebuild Masonry walls (from a building fire), Rework Door Thresholds (to add a traditional garage door), and remove an old chimney. Matt even called the night before scheduled work was to commence to reconfirm. The team finished the job in 3.5 days and even patched a hole in my floor next to a door that wasn't in scope. It involved removing the large jacuzzi tub, expanding the shower, adding a freestanding soaker tub, replacing cabinets, tiling and upgraded lighting. Our initial meeting with Phil was very positive and we were also impressed that he personally custom builds the cabinets. We felt very comfortable with Phil's project manager, Jesus, and his team. They were friendly, very hard working and did quality work. Communication was a big issue with former contractors, but not with Phil and team. Their communication was consistent and we were kept up-to-date regularly. The end result far exceeded our expectations.
