Our initial meeting with Phil was very positive and we were also impressed that he personally custom builds the cabinets. We felt very comfortable with Phil's project manager, Jesus, and his team. They were friendly, very hard working and did quality work. Communication was a big issue with former contractors, but not with Phil and team. Their communication was consistent and we were kept up-to-date regularly. The end result far exceeded our expectations. "Brad replaced our roof 23 years ago. After all those years, there was nothing really wrong with it except some loss of grit and some shingles upturned on the edges. However, we decided to replace because of the age. So, naturally, I called Brad. He came out and fully inspected the roof situation, found some corrections needed from parts of the roof installed on additions to the house and gave us a very reasonable estimate. He also agreed to hold off replacement to fit in with our schedule. Replacement was done in basically one day with little distraction to us. Cleanup, including ground clearing, was done very well.
