"It was a certain number of windows and I think they charged us under $2000. They were very good. They looked at what had to be done, they gave us an estimate, and it was right on the money. They did the work and left everything nice and neat afterwards. They took the glass out of the window frames and replaced the glass and they didn't damage the wood because they were wood framed windows. They did an excellent job; in fact, we are going to have them come back in the spring to do more windows. Although, it did take me a couple of phone calls to get a reply back and get them to come in."

We try to do all repairs in a same day or next day repair. Only time that will not be made is if a part would need to be ordered which in that case would be done same or next day after part comes in.
