Once the source was found, described the repair and had it done in 20 minutes with a minimum of fuss. Very impressed with the detailed explanation throughout this issue. "Gerald is my new handyman! He’s very professional. His service is fast and efficient. I booked him for the assembly of a queen size bed frame & headboard. I requested his services around 9am, he arrived to my residence at 10:30am, then finished at 11:30am! PHENOMENAL!! He ensured that it was to my liking and moved it around until it was in the perfect spot. He also made sure it wasn’t crooked and even informed me how to properly move it if I decide to move it again so that it wouldn’t break or become damaged. Based on the favorable reviews of other members, I called three providers at noon. Unlike the other two, owner Scott Martin returned my call within 20 minutes even, as I learned later, he was away on vacation. I explained my heater had burst and needed quick replacement. I brought up the possibility of installing a tankless heater. He asked about my household make-up and usage, and advised the extra expense would not be cost-effective. He is a Rennai Tankless dealer/installer! He said he might be able to get a technician available in 2 hours and would call me right back. He did, and we arranged for a 4 pm installation.

His tech, Michael called 15 minutes beforehand reporting a traffic delay and he arrived soon after 4. He was very professional and, working alone,  completed the removal and replacement by 7. He checked the connections, discovered a small leak, and fixed that. We had hot water that evening. Scott did not charge extra for an emergency call that ran over into the evening; and, he applied an additional discount for my having found him through Angie's List!

The next day I discovered another small leak, called Scott and Michael was there and had it fixed by 1 pm.

I can't thank Scott and Michael enough for their responsiveness and professionalism. THAT'S how to run...and grow... a business!

"Very hard workers, renovated both bathrooms from plumbing to shower doors and trim. It looks great. We have 26year old house and apparently 15 years ago the plumbing was recalled due to failures. Justin Shane changed plumbing in crawlspace to all lines into the house and outside spickets. Found out during this process that our hot water heater was rusting and was replaced. We had bath walls and vanity damaged and had to be returned and replaced. This put us behind and Lowes never offered to deliver any of the products that had to be returned. Justin took items back and got replacements. The return process took over an hour each time due to Lowes unorganized process. There was 5 items damaged when we got back here with them. Justin worked late several nights in order to keep on schedule due to Lowes terrible quality control. All in all, Justin did a great job and we would hire him again."

"Matthew came to do a free inspection of my plumbing.  He noticed some water under the kitchen sink and gave us a very reasonable estimate for that repair.  We ultimately decided to replace the sink and faucet, as the whole setup wasn't in great shape.  Matthew came the next day and did the job; he was punctual and professional, and he did an excellent job.  We are very pleased with how it turned out.

"It went fantastically well, It did not take him long to find the problem and then solve it. He came in and look under the sink. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. "We are so glad that we hired Tom to do this work! He did a fabulous job with the remodeling project! Here are some things that we noted along the way: 1) He was careful to keep dust confined as best as possible. 2) We didn't give him a key to the house, but told him that he could just exit through the front door at the end of each day, leaving it unlocked. However, he wanted the house to be secured for us, so he locked the front door, and just stepped over the garage door sensor as it was closing. We were appreciative of his consideration and ingenuity. 3) He placed drop cloths from the garage door all the way through the house to the bathroom so that he wouldn't track up the floor and carpet. (He removed them at the end of each day) 4) He always showed up when he said he would. If he was running a bit late for some reason, he would send a text saying when he would be there. 5) He was dedicated to our project alone for the entire time it took to complete. 6) He worked consistently each day - from around 9:00 am - 4:30 pm. 7) He kept in touch with us constantly, showing us things, wanting our opinions, letting us know if he was going to be picking something up, etc. 8) He paid attention to detail, wanting everything to be as perfect as possible. 9) He listened well, and went out of his way to do little things that were important to us. 10) He was friendly and easy to talk with. 11) He was entirely trustworthy. We left him working in our house all day while we were gone."

"The entire trim had to be removed and replaced.  While this sounds simple the workers had to install a roof jack type scaffold due to the angle of the roof.   The trim was removed, replaced, sealed and painted.  The workers were very thorough and cleaned up as if they were never there.

"They really try to get to the appointment at a reasonable time so I do not have to wait long. They really know what they are doing and they are nice guys to work with. I trust the work they do for me. Usually two or three guys come out to the project. The results have always been good."
