He called me the same day I contacted him, came out as quickly as his schedule would allow, and the service was done in a very safe, professional, and efficient manner by him at a very reasonable cost. He has a truly pleasant demeanor, was courteous and kind during the whole process no matter the circumstances, and went out of his way to return to the house and help me with a stuck garage door. He even maintained his courteousness after I mistakenly locked him out of the basement. I would definitely hire him again for any of my appliance repairs or new appliance installations."

"We hired Joseph to install a new under-cabinet microwave that did not match the footprint of the old one, requiring some tile work. He did a great job and you can't tell that some serious rejiggering was required. He also did a great job replacing several old, single pane, oddly sized windows. Clearly the previous owners couldn't have been bothered to find non-factory size windows, but he sourced great replacements, did a beautiful job installing them promptly, dealt with supply chain issues with grace, and even included finishing touches we hadn't thought of, like installing a curtain rod and curtain for a shower window. The windows and microwave have been there a couple years now and are doing great!"

"Appliance Repair Genie contacted me promptly to set up an appointment. Al arrived early. He immediately knew what was wrong with my dryer by my description and the sound it was making. The parts were ordered. Once the parts arrived Al returned as promised and fixed my dryer. Al was so kind, respectful, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. "At first it was suggested that the whole commode be replaced, but it was found out that the bowl was intact and that only the tank be replaced. This replacement was done and the new unit worked fine and nothing else was needed to be done. Great service, good workmanship and will recommend this company to others."

"Jonesy lives in the next town and he happened to have a little time free so he came right over an hour later.
I could not remove the blown bulb in the freezer. Frankly, I was a little embarrassed to call an appliance repair guy, but was glad I did. He told me with newer refrigerators with electronic displays, if the bulb breaks, it can short out the mother board and turn into a costly repair. So I asked him to do it.
He had a tough time but was able to remove the bulb without breaking it. While he was here, I had him clean the compressor and front grill.
He suggested that you always put a little Vaseline on the threads of the bulb to prevent this problem in the future. Clearly, the original bulb had been over tightened and, as I saw on line, is not an uncommon problem.
He was very personable and offers a $10 discount to Angie's List members. I will definitely use him again.
