"Within 30 minutes from the time I called HomeAdvisor I was contacted by "Chuck, who obtained some info from me and said "Greg" would be there within an hour's time. After I agreed, Greg arrived. Showed the challenge and he said $250 would be the price. I agreed to it, he went after parts, returned very shortly thereafter and was done within a hour's time. Very professional, very respectful and fast. I had another plumber out earlier in the day who gave me an estimate of $438 after a customer appreciation discount of $48! I will definitely call C.S. Seweer Drain & Plumbing for my next plumbing challenge."

"Mr. Slawinski opened the drain. Cracking and removal of concrete was necessary. All of the work was done professionally and no debris was left behind. Three other drains were also opened. Excellent work."

"Clogged drain in the basement. Contacted Mack Plumbing on Sunday and they came out the next day. He said it was the sewer drain and completed the job. The price was what he quoted and was a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them again and will refer to friends and family."

"Pete at Wyattworks came out due to my main sanitary line being clogged with tree roots. Pete put a camera down the line and said hydro jetting would be my best option. He explained everything on the camera and spent as much time as needed to clear out all the roots. I was very impressed with how thorough of a job he did, once finished almost all of the roots were completely gone. I’ll definitely be using Wyattworks again in the future."

FAQs for drain line breakage camera locate projects in Westlake, OH

During the inspection, you’ll watch a high-definition video feed that shows exactly what’s going on inside the pipe—everything from minor buildup to major cracks. Your plumber pauses the footage to explain what you’re seeing and why it matters. Bright lights and self-leveling cameras make sure each section is captured clearly, so you leave with a complete picture of your sewer’s health.

Most professionals complete a standard sewer camera inspection in an hour. That window covers setting up the gear, guiding the camera through the line, and reviewing the footage with you. If your house lacks a cleanout and the technician needs to pull a toilet or access a vent stack, tack on a little extra time—and cost—for that added work.

Yes, a sewer camera inspection can help you identify septic system problems.
