"The price wasn't the lowest -Their service was fine, but the job they did was ok."

"Excellent!! Plumber arrived within the time period indicated. He was efficient and very knowledgeable He took care of the situation. He explained the problem and provided a solution. We are to call when a new water heater is delivered. What a relief!!!"

"I would recommend Exquisite Touch to anyone in need of plumbing services. I had some work done this past Saturday, which included a full stack replacement along with a flange and cleanout. The technicians, Ken and Dylan, arrived well-prepared from the start. There was another worker who joined the team, but I didn’t catch his name. These men were professionals, and their work was of the highest quality. They even laid down protective coverings on the carpet before they began working. They informed me about the entire project step by step and ensured that the area was cleaned up before leaving. I will definitely be using this company again in the near future. Even the receptionist who took my call was professional and knowledgeable about the services offered. Thank you to the team at Exquisite Touch: Ken, Dylan, Sara, and the other worker whose name I missed. Dawn Detroit"

"We were really grateful for the excellent service that we received."

"Here doing the work less than 24 hours after I accepted their bid. National brand name water heater with company max warranty. Everything the installer needed was on his van. They accomplished all work they had described beyond my satisfaction, including shutoff valves that did not previously exist."

"We were recommended White-Lavender plumbing by a friend who used them for a home project. It was a basic job in that we needed a water heater replacement. They were very easy to work with. Melanie was our point of contact with scheduling the appointment and any questions we had. On the day of appointment, they arrived on schedule and proceeded to change out our old water heater. They were very professional, efficient, respectful of our home, and cleaned up after themselves (which I have had issues with regarding other contractor projects). The replacement took about 2 hours from start to finish and we have had hot water without issue since. I would recommend White-Lavender Plumbing to anyone who is looking for a professional, locally based company in the Ann Arbor area to help on repair or replacement plumbing projects."

"Fantastic response. Worked with my schedule. Emergency situation came up and they were able to fix that as well as original work. Definitely recommend"

"Mr. Pipey saved the day! I discovered my water heater was leaking at 10p. I put out a request on Angi and Mike called me that night! He provided a very reasonable quote and made an appointment for me the next day. Drew of Mr. Pipey showed up--he was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He walked me through what hed do. I left him to it. Just a few hours later, he finished up. 10/10 experience, would work with them again!"

"This was my first time using Angi and I was thoroughly impressed. Jeff from Affordable Water Heaters called me immediately. He answered all my questions and assured me I could have my water heater replaced that afternoon within a 4 hour window. Shane came out and did the install. He was friendly but professional and hauled away the old heater and cleaned the area. Would highly recommend this company."
