"Douglas was referred by a work associate. He came in and accessed the damage. He was very professional and thorough. He used some sort of meter to determine exactly where the damage was. He brought in high power fans to dry the areas that had to be cut out that included base, carpet and drywall. He returned exactly when he said he would to fix repairs."

"AGS was fantastic to work with, from Todd, the salesperson who came to my house, all the way to Luke who delivered a sink grid to replace the incorrect one I originally received. I had contacts with so many of the employees of AGS (Baris, Oscar, Baran, Tiffany, and more whose names I don’t remember) and each one was thoughtful, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Their customer service is top-notch. I had a few minor glitches that were attended to immediately (e.g., the sink grid). I went to the showroom so I could actually pick out my granite stone. It was not a close ride but definitely worth it. The office staff and even the employees in the back with the stones could not have been more helpful. The "showroom" is really nice with lots of granite and quartz to choose from. I LOVE my new countertops, sinks, and faucet. I will definitely be recommending AGS to any of my friends who are in the market for new countertops."

"I originally purchased a dryer vent cleaning for $79 from angie's list back in December of 2012. Never got a chance to use it before it expired, but Anthony still honored it. I added the air duct cleaning since that was overdue as well.
Anthony showed up a little late (half hour to hour), but was very professional and nice. Did a thorough job and let me know what exactly he was doing (I had very dirty air ducts). Very friendly. Not pushy. Was willing to give advice (on my A/C filter). Overall a good experience.

We could not have made a better decision as the entire process was flawless. Katherine, a Certified Interior Decorator, was so patient and helpful with our selections. Felipe, the project manager, came by almost every day. Not that he needed to, because the installers (Johnny and Grover) were courteous and extremely hard working. The project was completed on schedule and the quality of the work was such that we did not have any punch lists items once the baths were completed.
