He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. "My gas log fireplace kept going out.  They came out and cleaned it and it lasted about 2 weeks.  They came back out a couple more times and each time replaced a part and adjusted the fir, finally getting it corrected.  All of this there was no extra charge, which I really appreciated. I don't think the fireplace had ever been cleaned or adjusted or even taken care of.  I bought the house about a year ago.  they were very professional and courteous and yes I will use them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"We would recommend this company to everyone.  The remodeling went very well.  All the gentlemen who came out were personable and friendly and they each did a great job for us.  All the work they did was perfect and you would never know now that there had ever been a fireplace in the room or a chimney on the roof.  The work was done in a week which is what we were promised.  I felt comfortable with each of the people who came out to the house and I was able to communicate with them easily.  They were willing to answer questions and talk about the work they were doing.  Paul called me to check on the work and to make sure things were going according to the plan. At the end of the week, he called to be sure that I was very happy with the work and to let me know how billing would work.  We were also very pleased that the final bill did not exceed the estimate that we had been given.  I know this job was smaller than what they usually do and we were so pleased that they were still willing to accept the job. They were happy to use our owner stock for materials we had and they were happy to find and provide the materials that we didn't have.   This helped to save us money and they offered to leave left over products or take them, whichever we preferred.  We appreciated that option as well.  We will be hiring them again."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
