"As has been said in many of the reviews I've seen for New England Tank Service, Paul McGowan was prompt, reliable and professional. He arrived when he said he would and the job was done in less than 2 hours. Although he was training new help, the job went smoothly. You could tell Paul has been at this for many years as he offered several tips and tricks to his 2 assistants for various tasks. I highly recommend New England Tank Services."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I live in a condominium association and needed this done right away. The customer service was excellent and they were here the next morning performing the service as needed. The price was reasonable and I would definitely recommend them to my friends."

"Hired to upgrade our condo electric system. Three people came to work on our system on a Friday. They worked all day, was rushing by the end of the day. Didn't want to answer any of our questions. Next day we found out that our hot water is not working, some how they didn't connect the hot water during the upgrade. We called them on Monday, they were pretty rude, didn't come to connect the hot water tank till Tuesday and gave us 4 hour window. We will not hirer them again."

"Great competent service. Answered questions. Would hire again. Polite. Great price."

"They came out the same day for service and he was friendly, very professional and took care of the problem."

"Yes the work was done. The two guys that came put in 7 windows and two big bay windows in one day. They did not even taken a break. They cleaned up the small pieces of scrap. Then one week later they came back and put in two new doors with the same professionalism when they did my doors."

"My service went very well. I had my AC condensers cleaned and AC checked. This was my first time using this company as my previous business closed. I was pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of the workers. They patiently answered my questions and explained everything to my understanding. The owner spoke with me before, during, and after the service was completed to see that I was satisfied. Overall I was impressed and plan to continue business with them. Job well done!"
