He not only re-cleaned our flue that had just been done but installed a new flue into our badly constructed chimney. "After a terrible experience with Egress Systems Inc. not showing up on contracted date I contacted Steelway to see if they could get my egress installed before my basement reno started in a week. Tate came out to see the space early the next morning to accommodate me since I was leaving for vacation that morning. He even gave me his cell phone #. They gave me a fair price and were able to squeeze the job in before construction started. Everything was smooth and easy. They were prompt, provided excellent customer service, and we are very pleased with the job. I highly recommend Steelway for egress window install."

"Rudolph and his team were absolutely fantastic. We had a 1950s basement that needed a full gut job and requested pretty basic finishes (drywall, electrical, vinyl flooring, carpet, paint, woodwork, etc.). They provided a reasonable estimate and stuck to it. Rudolph was very transparent with me through the whole process. Our old basement had some framing that was not up to code so we had to make a few adjustments to our workplan and he always thought about the most aesthetically pleasing options. They told me that this is not under warranty, so they would "do me a favor" and fix the roof as long as I would put up a sign in my lawn for an extended period of time to advertise their company or else they would charge me - maybe $500 or more. Then they did not show up to do the work, so I ended up hiring another company."
