They started by protecting the floors and carpets by laying down blankets. Several times they needed to review things with me and each and every time they were polite and very professional! They worked hard and even though I had to open up the wall so they could chase a pipe they continued to work on the retrofitting the gas portion of the project while I cut into the wall. After the was chase was cut into they ran the pipe and all was good. They even finished early having to wait for the plumbing inspector to arrive.
