"We had 33 windows replaced in mid July when it was 100 degrees +. Our job was slated to take them 2 days. Tim and his crew showed up on time and got right to work. They worked non stop and got finished in 1 day which was amazing to us in that kind of heat. Tim and his crew are very professional and did a spectacular job paying attention to detail. Tim is honest and reliable and cares about his customers. He does what he says. We are very happy with the job and we love our new windows. We will use him for future projects and would definitely recommend him to anyone."

"<p>Dan and his crew did an excellent job installing two new French doors in our home.  The job entailed more work than anticipated due to obscured rot that had extended into our framing from our old deteriorating doors, but they took it in stride and went the extra mile to leave us sound and secure - not only in the door installation but in the area surrounding the doors.  </p> <p>Dan was extremely accommodating as my husband took the opportunity to improve our wiring, and he replaced a sheet of interior paneling for us that had had degraded as well - carefully cutting out outlet receptacles etc. for the new wiring.  He takes pride in his work and has a great crew working with him - professional, polite, and pleasant to have in your home.</p> <p>We would absolutely not hesitate to recommend Dan and Trademark Window to our friends, and would definitely use them again in the future.  <br /> <br /></p> <br />"

"We met Carlos from Window World at a home/garden show but had heard great things about Window World from a coworker. The estimate process was easy & helpful, Nita also of our questions answered. The installers were completely awesome! They were professional, polite, helpful, and finished the job on time. One of the windows was slightly damaged but Window World replaced it as soon as they could."

"It went well. It didn?t take much time to do it. They were prompt, came when they said they would, and it didn?t take as long as they thought. They showed me how to work and clean the windows, as well as how to keep them from being opened. Gave me a gift card to Wal-Mart and two large containers of Windex."

"Jeanine listened to me and went through books with me until I came up with exactly what I wanted. She gave me a quote - and helped me save some money, as I was already bleeding money on my new house.... and then they were done in just over 2 weeks. Once they were installed I was blown away, they looked INCREDIBLE - even better than I could've imagined. I was thrilled. They weren't cheap - nothing custom is cheap - but they look WAY more expensive than what I paid. I am thrilled with them and with this provider. Jeanine was also able to refer me to someone who installed the drapes I'd ordered for my living room. She was just terrific. <br />"

"Unfortunately due to manufacturing difficulties, the installation was delayed by 3 days. The manufacturer called to explain and apologize for the delay. Workers were efficient and courteous. Windows are attractive."

"I wish I had used these people earlier. I ordered a part for my dryer and was able through their instructional video to fix it myself. Let me tell you I am "mechanically challenged" in just about every way. LOL I may have cut myself through my own stupidity but I did it. it was easy and I did not have to pay a repair man for a simple fix. Thank you so much!"

FAQs for new windows service projects in Wharton, TX

Yes, bay windows add value to a home. They enhance the property by expanding the interior space and flooding rooms with natural light. Their unique three-panel design creates a stunning focal point that elevates curb appeal and modernizes living areas. This architectural detail increases both functional space and visual appeal, directly contributing to higher home resale value.

Yes, all window types have the potential to become part of a bay window configuration when modified correctly. The transformation involves reconfiguring standard windows into a multi-panel design that features a larger central window flanked by smaller ones. This process requires precise professional planning and custom framing to ensure durability, visual balance, and structural integrity.

Bay windows typically consist of three glass panels extending beyond the home's exterior walls, with a larger center panel flanked by two smaller ones. In contrast, bow windows are composed of four to six equally sized glass panels that create a gentle curve and do not extend as far from the exterior walls.

Bay windows cost more than standard windows because their expansive, multi-panel design requires additional materials and skilled labor. Their construction involves extra glass, specialized frame components that extend outward, and complex operating mechanisms. These technical demands necessitate precise engineering and multiple expert installations, thereby significantly increasing both material and labor expenses.

Bay windows cost three times more than standard double-hung windows because their design requires extra panels, expanded framing, and a more complex installation process. The advanced construction method increases material consumption and demands comprehensive expertise, while specialized window treatments further elevate expenses. This all results in a significant difference in overall project cost.
