After he had taken care of the problem he informed me on how to avoid difficulty in the future by telling me how and when to do future spray lubrication applications. I might also mention that the light bulb in the opener was burned out, and he replaced it without my requesting it. So appreciated, as it's not easy for an older lady like me to climb up on a ladder to change bulbs!"
