Really the best part was that they used all of our own plants, so we didn’t have to buy anything new. Whenever we need more help with the landscaping, we will be calling Pat."

"Job was initially not done to our agreement. In addition to some work that was actually done well, the crew pulled the weeds behind the pool, but instead of putting down weed barrier and mulch they spread grass seed in the area. I called them later the same day and they sent someone to fix the problem. This person did *not* fix the problem, but was sneaky and made it look like the problem was corrected. Instead of bringing in additional mulch and putting down weed barrier they took half the mulch from another part of my yard and spread it over the seeds. This means that ALL the mulch was at half-depth, the area in question did not have a weed barrier, and much to my surprise it was loaded with grass a few weeks later. Not only was this poor workmanship, but it was deceptive. I left multiple messages with my contact at this company in Q3/Q4 of 2017 asking him to fix the work. He promised to stop by the house the next week and never showed. I had hoped to avoid a negative review, but the company did not correct the work in 2017. I asked for this to be fixed and hoped for a professional response, but perhaps I should have pitched a fit instead. Paid for river rock around pool, weed removal & weed barrier & mulch behind pool and shed, and some seeding in the main lawn area. The rock was done properly, and I felt the price for the job was fair. Initial responsiveness was excellent, but follow through was not. The crew was punctual and showed up on time. Service performed at end of July 2017."
