I called to make an new appointment, and made it clear that the repair had been fine, and the follow-up was not the plumber's fault; it was something I had done. The customer service representative said that they would probably waive the trip fee (a minimum charge for sending a plumber out, which is normally waived if the plumber does a paid service). The appointment was set up first thing the next morning, and it turned out to be simple; the plumber could see the plastic piece and pull it out, and the disposal did not need any repair. I asked about payment, and the plumber confirmed that there would be no fee."

I know, shame on me for agreeing to such an amount. We knew we were over spending, but... One month later, they simply cancelled the contract without explanation and without any work on the project. This contract was binding on us but, in their words, was not binding on them because "there's a clause in the fine print that allows them to cancel" THEY STILL HAVE OUR MONEY and I STILL NEED A ROOF Stay away from this company.
