From picking out our tub/shower to installation, our expectations were exceeded. We did have a minor hiccup at the beginning of the process, but the team helped us out. The price defiantly meets the quality of the product. When we remodel our guest baths next year, we will use Five Star Bath Solutions again."

I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"

"Jim helped us come up with a realistic plan that met our budget; he didn't blow us off when we changed the whole plan. The installation went very well. . They stayed on budget and were done sooner than expected. They remodeled two bathrooms in a week. Mike and his crew cleaned up every day (very important to a clean freak like me). The shower in our master bath was gray tile from the 90s, I was hesitate to put in acrylic, as tile is the "standard". However, mold grew in the shower within days and cleaning it was impossible. We went with the subway tile acrylic in white. I LOVE IT, so easy to clean and no mold after 3 months. There were a few small items to "fix" and it was completed immediately. I do think that pricing may be on the high side, but I always say, "you get what you pay for"."
