"Mike was able to get the upgrade on to my computer and he also was able to determine that the system was grossly inadequate for what I wanted to do. He recommended what I should look for when I purchase a new one and when I do make a purchase I will be calling on him to get my system up to speed. "Stephon just left and I wanted to let folks know that if you are not tech-savvy and need old and new computer swap-out, he is the man for the job! Stephon arrived promptly, was very courteous and professional throughout his time in my home, and is clearly an expert at all things computer. He ran a virus scan on my old computer, saved all data for transfer to my new computer, and proceeded to set everything up quickly and competently. He was very thorough yet patient, explaining things in ways I could understand. For any future tech needs I will assuredly be in touch with him. I give him the highest recommendation for all IT needs."

"Jayden the technician was very professional and a solid worker. Terrace the owner was prompt in returning calls and organizing the tech for the install. Would highly recommend and definitely use again,"

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
