"It went as well as it could have. I first contacted this company for a second estimate (the first was a lot more, by about $100.00) on a Monday and I had an appointment scheduled for that Wednesday, two days later, between noon and 2 PM. The technician, Josh, called when he was about 15 minutes away, showing up around 1:30. He got right to work in removing it, and once the hornets had died, he broke it apart to show me the inside. (Even though it was a nest of stinging insects, I must admit that the intricate structure within was amazing. He took the time to explain how the hornets and hive fuctioned, which was really interesting - - he missed his true calling, in that he should have been an entomologist.) If I ever have the need for hive removal again, I would call Absolute Pest Control without a second thought, and have absolutely no reservations about recommending this company to friends!!!!! Overall, with the senior discount, I felt the price was very fair; I had checked on-line to get an idea of the average cost of nest removal, and this company’s pricing was well within reason. Plus, the nest had to be reached by ladder...."

"I had to call Craig Thomas Pest Control 4 times and each time I called I spoke to a different person.  It seems I was reaching a call center each time.  This was a problem because I needed to cancel the appointment I had made with them.  When I called to do so I ended up speaking to a different individual than the one that scheduled my appointment.  To avoid any miscommunication I called Craig Thomas twice to make sure the appointment was cancelled.  I then made an appointment with another local provider who had very good Angie's list reviews.  The problem was Craig Thomas Pest Control's scheduling department is very disorganized.  They failed to cancel the appointment and a technician arrived at my house anyway.  This was awkward because I had scheduled another local provider for the same time.  Unfortunately the Craig Thomas technician arrived before my preferred provider arrived without giving me a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way for an appointment that didn't really exist! The other local provider being a fair and professional individual offered to come in and use his digital heat sensor device to locate the bee hive in the wall of our bedroom.  He did this free of charge and thank goodness he did because the Craig Thomas technician's method of investigation was to put his ear up against the wall and listen.  The Craig Thomas ear against the wall method unfortunately was ineffective at locating the beehive.  If the other local provider had not been there I don't know how this appointment would have turned out...not very good I'm guessing.  The technician from Craig Thomas was respectful and professional and after the other local provider located the beehive the Craig Thomas technician did complete the chemical application.  I don't blame the Craig Thomas technician because he was just doing his job in the way that he was trained or instructed to so by Craig Thomas.  But I would not use Craig Thomas again in the future.  I will instead use that other local provider with the digital heat sensor device and easy scheduling.

"We found evidence of termite infestation. They responded quickly and inspected property the following day. Price was reasonable and employee was knowledgeable. He explained scope of work and options thoroughly. We added pest control as additional price was very reasonable. Work was performed the following day and we are satisfied with service."

"A little pricey. Very friendly. Too soon to tell if pest control is effective."

"Received REPEATED ANNOYING PHONE CALLS from Terminex headquarters (Tennessee????), even after I told them to stop calling me. Local contractor responsive and professional....Can not comment further until work completed."

"After doing some handy work around my home, I could not believe when I found an infestation of carpenter ants and where they were hiding. I knew anything I could buy at the store wouldn't do the trick and I had to call the professionals in. I decided to call Natures Way Pest control, as I have heard so many positive things about them and the services they offer. First off, they were very knowledgeable in the problem I was having and assured me they could help eliminate it for good. When they showed up, they were very professional and explained everything. I highly recommend this company."

"They have done very little for us in the past year. We have had no recent problems."
