"James did a great job. He was quick to have us on the schedule, communicative and efficient. He offered us honest, sound advice on the changes we had to make and was very affordable. We appreciate his patience with us while making decisions on our changes and what we wanted to use in the shower. When I need a plumber again, I’m calling James!"

"This company did everything they said and more. I trust them explicitly and will use them again soon. The drywall repair was superb. Walls didn't look this good when the were new. Great job guys - I love it.."

"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. Thanks, Floors Sag or Shake!"

"Leslie was very nice and knowledgeable. He came into my residence and identified the problem. He asked if I wanted to continue with repairs and I proceeded. He was very thorough and made sure that the leak was completely fixed. I would definitely recommend him for future services."

"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"Job went great. Jabbari is an excellent and thorough contractor and communicator, he doesn't miss anything and makes sure everything is done correct. Our leaky pipes are fixed and the mold that the leaky pipes caused is gone. He went above and beyond by addressing a separate water and drainage issue in our yard. He made sure everything was clean prior to leaving each day and once finished ensured we were satisfied before leaving."

"There was a leak in the faucet that was replaced but there was another leak that they didn't discover. They weren't able to replace a drain and he bought me a plug instead of fixing the drain. I had to have another plumber come in and replace the drain for me.  I did use them again. I would be limited on what you had them do.  If there was a problem that they had to find....if it wasn't really obvious, I don't think they have the skill to do it. They need to have better training for their plumber to make his training a little broader.  I think what he knew, he did well.  He was a little slipper.  I made him come back.  He had plumber's putty all over the bathtub.  That was messy.  He shouldn't have done that. It was a terrible job on tub. What they did on the plumber was good, they just didn't find everything. What they did on the toilets were okay.  I had them come back and put in two more.  I wouldn't use them again. The messy cutting out the wall was really bad. They were sloppy.  They installed the toilet nicely and put a nice new faucet in."
