"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. "There was a leak in the faucet that was replaced but there was another leak that they didn't discover. They weren't able to replace a drain and he bought me a plug instead of fixing the drain. I had to have another plumber come in and replace the drain for me.  I did use them again. I would be limited on what you had them do.  If there was a problem that they had to find....if it wasn't really obvious, I don't think they have the skill to do it. They need to have better training for their plumber to make his training a little broader.  I think what he knew, he did well.  He was a little slipper.  I made him come back.  He had plumber's putty all over the bathtub.  That was messy.  He shouldn't have done that. It was a terrible job on tub. What they did on the plumber was good, they just didn't find everything. What they did on the toilets were okay.  I had them come back and put in two more.  I wouldn't use them again. The messy cutting out the wall was really bad. They were sloppy.  They installed the toilet nicely and put a nice new faucet in."

I thanked him, and he went his separate ways. The guy was suppose to refer me to an handyman, but he never did. They didn't really do any work. "
