"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"Excellent job. My new door was installed in one day and it looks amazing. Jared even set up my new digital door locks!"

"It was amazing!! The house was a disaster from being lived in by toddlers, dogs, and cats, and we did not have to time to do it ourselves. Louellas Touch went in and got it all done!! They scheduled my home quickly and did an amazing job. It is squeaky clean and I am so thankful for them doing such a wonderful job! I definitely recommend them and will be using their services again in the future."

"Awesome customer service. Phil was very knowledgeable about services I needed in my home. He went above and beyond to make sure I understand everything and he was very patient with me in answering all of my questions. I am very satisfied with his work and will definitely recommend his services. Thanks again Phil!"

"I was advised my project would be completed in one day. Now after the shower is installed, I'm told someone will call me to have the glass doors installed. So I cant use my shower until I hear from someone else & then wait for that to be completed. So not very good service there. Very inconvenient. I should have been advised of that process up front."

"Everything Pernell and/or his company did was done professionally, on time, and for a reasonable amount. Will call upon ACS in the future."

"Absolutely excellent. They were extremely competitive with their pricing. They are very prompt. The integrity of the company and Walter himself is outstanding. He is honest. I would strongly recommend them."

"All went well. My technician, Leslie, was professional, polite, and timely as well as thorough in making the repairs. He showed the cause of the leak & damage to a bedroom wall &carpet and left the area clear of any evidence of a mess. TY for honoring as a military veteran w/an appreciated discount. Will definitely refer to others in need of plumbing services. Be Blessed"

"He did a great job on both projects. I would hire him again"
