They arrived right on time, and took me through what they were about to do with the install. They identified a couple of problems with the doors themselves and for a very reasonable price repaired that also. In addition, there was part needed for my installation that did not come with the garage door opener. They found the part closeby, went and picked it up and installed it perfectly. "Called on a Friday got an appointment for Saturday between four and five actually got a phone call to see if they could come earlier. Tech came out took a look at our garage door and opener took my budget into consideration installed the new garage door opener belt driven instead of chain . Also did a rebuild so I got new springs seeing the garage door was still in good condition. Technician was fantastic left everything clean. Technician also showed me how to work the new door opener and keypad . I highly recommend this company"

He explained the steps he was going to take and why they were necessary. He made suggestions to improve the performance of the door. Vincent even helped me troubleshoot my finicky garage door opener.
