"Would never recommend or use this company again. Do not use. Ordered one color to match and they installed a different color and will not fix. Told me to paint it. Horrible customer relations. Also installers left broken glass inside and out."

"No doubt they hire great installation people, but their communication and honoring their quotes has little to be desired. I will elaborate. I was given a quote, left on my voicemail. I responded the next day letting NRG know I accepted their quote. 1 week later I received a phone call telling me they wouldn't honor the quote give, and they cited the reasons as Tarif's. This was back in April 2025. I still went with NRG, albeit at a$1000.00 increase. The second reason I wouldn't recommend this company, and this for me is the final straw, after installing my solar NRG didn't let me know I needed to have an ESR release, in layman's terms this is necessary for your power company to accept your new solar system. I found out this information when they contacted me in August 2025. NEG blamed the company who upgraded my Electrical Panel. NRG INSTALLED MY SOLAR AFTER THE PANEL WAS UPGRADED. Since this company doesn't communicate with its clients I would say go with another company."

"After a great night of Mexican food and margaritas at Funky Baja, we pulled up to our house right as a massive hail storm hit our neighborhood. Windows broke, cars were damaged and yes, our roof was totaled. Once the weather moved out and the sun came up the next day Brent Bolte with Bold Roofing was at our home, up on the roof and calming our nerves. He was thorough in his evaluation, he worked with us and our insurance agency to ensure we were getting the coverage we needed, he was transparent in his communication, and most importantly Brent showed up on time, every time we were scheduled to meet. Brent even took the time to drive around our neighborhood with my wife to look at different shingle color options in an effort to ensure we were happy with the color we chose. "Work was done in 2014. The siding had cracks replicating vertically at seams on parallel panels starting around 2021 and more Increased this year. Reaching the two years for further fix, warranty, and resolution and no response despite 20+ year product warranty and a workmanship guarantee from AMazing exteriors. Have contacted the offfice, repeatedly sent to warranty voicemail texted owner on his phone he answered until 2023, and emailed owner in repeat, and no call back or resolution the past two years. Reached a Facebook Chat and woman said she would Schedule A walk through on Monday, but no one has responded, reached out, and once again non action this week. Appauled. Two years is not decent to customer or for customer service, business integrity To a contract and warranty, extends no respect ignoring a ciatomer 2 years, and not even legal practice to not respond to warranty needed work. Work with a warranty responsibility. "
