"Western Rooter to the rescue again! I had a small underground leak which appeared to be due to a bad sprinkler valve. A sprinkler repair company determined that it was not a bad sprinkler valve and thought it was due to a leak in the main water line. Daniel and Alex dug down to find that the leak was coming from a very old (at least 36 years) broken pvc line. After much testing and head scratching to try to figure out where the water was coming from, they decided to "chase the pipe." After much digging, they found that the very old broken pvc pipe was hooked up to a sprinkler valve that was buried 18 inches underground that had not been capped--only turned off. Roots from a nearby tree had opened the valve which caused the leak--crazy! The current sprinkler system has been the same one since we moved into the house in 1988. It took 36 years for the underground leak to occur!"

"I needed my gas water heater to be replaced. Called around to several places from Angie list. Read the reviews about Tony and the company. Made the call spoke to Tony had schedule for Friday 9/15/23. I called back after our conversation and ask if he could stop on Thursday and he said yes he would send out his Field Supervisor Richie. Richie arrived early and was very cordial and answered all of my question. Keeping in mind I thinking that he is just going to assess what would be needed for Friday 9/15/23. Tony arrived and said what was needed. And then Richie went to work. The replacement gas water heater was replace with another Bradford White water heater. Mike, the technician, did an excellent job diagnosing the issue quickly and explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. He showed us what he found and recommended hydro jetting to properly clear the line. Mike was very professional, thorough, and made sure the sewer line was completely cleaned out before finishing. The hydro jetting worked perfectly and everything has been flowing great since. On top of that, the price was very reasonable for the amount of work and the level of service we received.
