Arrival was on time. Chuck who did the installation, was very experienced and did a neat, clean job. Took the morning to fish the line and install it. After the line install, my range did not slide back as far as it needed to since the range's recessed area was not as deep as some ranges. I called Loren and Chuck came back out and made some adjustments to how the line came through the wall. Range then slid all the way back.
