We are licensed for residential and commercial construction application, an IICRC certified firm, with certified technicians, and we are also a full-service plumbing contractor (comm/res). These all add up to the perfect one-stop-shopping experience in times of loss. We specialize in kitchen and bathroom remodels, home additions, updates/aesthetic regeneration, Arizona rooms, ADA compliant reconfiguration, and smaller upgrades, such as flooring, cabinetry and carpentry. In the area of reconstruction, we are able to tack ground-up builds and full post-loss reconstruction. Drafting services are also available upon request. Fire, flood, storm, other natural disaster remediation and plumbing services available 24-7-365 by our certified team. Mold and asbestos abatement services also available. All Insurances accepted; and we are a preferred vendor for some insurance carriers.
"It didn't go at all. Total lack of input and service. Estimator Dave was to show up on Wednesday at 1 PM to give us an estimate on installing kitchen countertops. He texted me at 12:31 and said he was hung up on another job, and couldn't make it, but if I sent him photos of the kitchen he would send me an estimate. That was Wednesday. I sent 9 photos of a very simple installation job (we already have the countertops). Thursday, I texted him again at 12:30 and asked if he could send the estimate to my email. He never has responded to either text. I sent email to the company as a response to their office manager, she never responded. On Friday, I sent emails to company both vial gmail and via Angi messaging, no response as of Saturday at 2:30 PM. I can't call, as my business is often in a very loud enviornment and hard to talk. They literally ghosted me and haven't have the most basic level of service to even contact me to say they are too busy for new jobs, or they aren't going to make enough on this job and it's not worth their time, or any other reason. They just vanished. I would never, and have never, treated my clients this way."
