"I was going to call another company but saw that Bumble Bee - AZ ha better reviews on the app I was looking at. Not knowing who to call I took a chance and called the Bee. Shianne answered he phone - very professional and courteous. Told her what was going on - thy first walked me through shutting off the gas and the water to the tank. Safety and my wellbeing first is a plus in my book. They told me not to worry that they would reroute a tech to my house ASAP to assess the situation. @ 35 minutes later Ken come driving up in a bright looking B Bee truck. But before he arrived I received an email from them telling me exactly who would be arriving at my house. Ken was super professional, right off looking at the water damage in the garage and walls he recommended that we check the two other adjacent rooms and sure enough water in the living room and carpet. Ken recommended that I call my insurance company because it was a bigger problem. Ken gave me options and helped me relax. It really felt like he cared. Long story short the water heater is on a temporary platform and working great. I have every intention of having Bumble Bee - AZ come back and remount the water heater when the damage and mold treatment is done. I hope their next tech is as nice as Ken, because if he/she is - they will have my business for a long time. Do I feel if the price was reasonable - never had this issue before so have no idea and I did not have time to shop around I the situation I was in. But I would recommend that if your water heater is more than 10 years old - replace it and don't wait like I did and now I am dealing with bigger problems."

"Al's Plumbing is the best. They called me right away when I requested a quote from several plumbers. Al the owner called me. I explained I had a Water Heater under warranty that was placed by Parker & Sons 4 years ago. They wanted to charge me almost the same price as I paid for it 4 years ago just to replace it. They said that is for the labor but it was under warranty. Al was super professional and very helpful. Al replaced it in a couple of hours and we had hot water! I will only use Al's Plumbing for all my Plumbing services. He is honest and gets the job done. Thank you Al!!"

This week we had one of their newer plumbers (Donovan )come out to install a new tankless hot water heater in our home. All in all he was great to work with. He was friendly, very professional and informative. We never felt rushed or pushed into buying something we didn’t actually need. "The technician is good and was very helpful explaining. However, once they saw my finance limit I received a call from the office trying to sell me a water heater that I did not need. It was a blatant attempt of a money grap after I just spent $5K on getting my water line replaced. I hate when businesses try to take advantage of people especially when they are in distress. For that I can't recommend this company even though they did the job they were supposed to."

"Outstanding and friendly service! quick turnaround on install. I think their monthly maintenance program is a great concept and will save you tons of money in the long run. Only thing I thought was a bit of a hassle was having to schedule multiple people to come out just to give you a quote. Plummer came out to then tell me they had to have his manager come out to sell me the water softener system- then depending on how long it takes another appointment just to install. Was bit of a hassle but luckily I was off work for a week so it wasn’t a huge deal. They will try to upsell you but not pushy by any means. Definitely recommend!"
