He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"I had Pro Tech repair two pieces of wooden furniture. They were very cordial and professional. They worked very hard when they were here and treated my furniture very carefully. Both pieces look MUCH better than before!! Although this is the only service I used them for, I believe their specialty is HVAC and I would try them for that if I had the need."

"Mr. Terry and Mr. Steven are truly professionals at their work and it's amazing how well they work together like a well oiled machine. I mean it's really wonderful that they can do things like they can read each others mind, that they know what the other needs to getting the large jobs completed with no wasted time and workmanship is Superior. We had our entire A/C systems ventilation piping replaced and redesigned. The new system looks absolutely great and laid out perfectly. It looks great with no piping out of place that blew my mind how wonderful it looks and totally efficient and cools our large house everywhere. There is no dead space not getting cooling or heating throughout the house. They checked out our 2 A/C units and they needed no work. We WILL be using Magnolia Heating and Cooling services in the future for our general maintenance and any further repairs. Their labor rates are most comparable and easy on the budget. "I called late on a Friday afternoon after my air went out. They came after hours, installed the new unit, and took the old one for evaluation & possible repair. A year later I called them back for another ac problem (different unit), and they came same day. Whereas another contractor told me to junk the unit, Greg replaced a small part & all was well. While with me the second trip, I mentioned several other small jobs, and they got right on them! The vent hood took a trip into the attic and up onto the roof, but they figured out the problem and solved it. This hood was damaged during Katrina (12 years ago) & Ive had several companies out to look/repair and nobody was able to diagnose problem. Now I have my hood back! Repaired two ceiling fans that I'd been told to junk, repaired a pendant light wired incorrectly by another contractor, and even replaced some light bulbs in my 12-foot ceiling-ed rooms! Excellent service, very fair pricing, good responsiveness, and just all-around nicefolks. I HIGHLY recommend!"
