"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

The crew that came to install the windows did awesome work fast cleaned up there work area things were in great shape when leaving. Since then I have had follow up calls and follow visits to make sure everything is working as I believe it should be which it is. Great company!! A number of times we added things to the work, quite a bit more than we originally planned, although size and scope were not great. Provider consistently showed up when he said he would, on time, stayed late, and was clearly concerned about doing a great job. In some cases, if he was not satisfied with the work, he did it over, e.g. repainting garage doors. His efforts and results were excellent."
