This second part did solve the problem He ran all the diagnostics and had eliminated everything else as the possible cause before determining this was the part that needed to be replaced. <br /> We were very appreciative that they came out the next morning after we called and got us back up and running on a Saturday, as it was really cold out. The technician seemed very knowledgable and worked hard to fix the problem. In total he worked on our system for about 3 hours, including the time to buy the part from the supplier. Although it was an expensive repair, it was certainly a lot better than needing a new heater,. Would recommend them and would use them again. <br />"
