We put down a 50% deposit on 8/27, and on 9/23, Sam and Joe installed the blinds (the blinds manufacturer was shut down for 10 days for inventory). Steve's information was thorough and helpful, and Sam and Joe took only 40 minutes for installation, which was done beautifully.
