"Tina Hawk came out for the estimate. They charge for labor and the customer buys the supplies. Tina drove us to the tile store and we selected and purchased our tile. Tony Hawk installed the tile. He had to remove the old first. Our entry way is roughly 4 feet by 15 feet. Tina suggested we rim the tile for a finished look. That was a good idea because the new tile was just a hair higher than the old. The rim gives it a nice finish. Tony used matching caulk to finish the edge and you can barely tell it wasn't the original flooring.

"It went great! Joe, the owner, was very responsive to what I needed done and when I needed it done. He was very helpful with suggestions about tile choice. His installer, Steve, did a fantastic job. He was very good at explaining things, and getting the tile installed perfectly. They were very pleasant and respectful of my home. The other people that we checked with wanted $1,000.00 to do the work, then they were willing to come down to $700.00. I told them I wasn't going to use them, and then went with Superior Marble. This is a job that I am never going to have to have done again while I live here."

"A kitchen remodel is a major over-haul project.  Gutting the original tile floor prior to replace it with new tile is a long process.  Brewer did their best to maintain a schedule that got us through this inconvenience as effortlessly as possible.  They were very concientious about taping off the areas not being reomodeled to eliminate as much construction dirt as possible.  They were careful not to damage other parts of the kitchen.  The installation went well and the installer did an excellent job and made our new floor look fantastic.  The same person installed the backsplash and it turned out great too.  I have used Brewer previously for a carpet installation, so that is why I called them back for this job.  Once again, I was very pleased with the end results and I would call them back whenever we have additional flooring needs."

"We used NuLook Home Service to repair a section of textured drywall in a garage ceiling, damaged du to a water leak, and to repair two failed areas in the subfloor of a bathroom. We had a very positive experience. Within minutes after submitting a request for an estimate, David (the owner) called me to discuss options. I should note that, not only was David really quick to respond, none of the other companies to whom I requested estimates bothered to contact me at all. David was able to look at pictures that I sent of the ceiling and bathroom floor and provided an initial estimate. It looked like the project would take two days to complete. We confirmed an appointment to complete the work for the next day following my initial quote request. I really did not expect service that quickly. "Chuck at CFC did an excellent job installing my flooring. Floors look beautiful. Chuck is does quality work and is very dependable. He starts and finishes jobs as promised and tries very hard to please you. Also is very honest and gives detailed receipts to explain charges."

"The end result was beautiful. I did have some difficulties. The job went over. He absolutely swore up and down it would be over in a certain amount of time and it went about 20% longer. I was with no explanation and no knowledge that it was going over, it just kept going and that annoyed me. His subcontractors varied with grew respect they shared my house, some of them who left a complete mess and some of them were very good about cleaning up. They all did good work, but some of them left a huge mess behind. When he showed up and he was here all time of the day I think and when he saw what a mess all the subcontractors left, he would clean it up. I had always found they were very annoyed by me. The quality of the work was excellent. He gave me a lot of ideas and they were beautiful. They were very good ideas and he did custom cabinets and they are gorgeous. He's been very good about following up. I've had him back for several things like the doors not closing right, I had problems with the sink and several other things. I call him and he pretty much comes back and fixes it. He seems to be good at his work. I would consider using him in the future."
