"I had to hire a local, appliance repair business who came to my house and reset the panel. He did not have to replace the latch ."

"This is the second time we've had the opportunity to use D&T Appliance and continue to be impressed with their service. Between the time of troubleshooting and the actual repair, the refrigerator continued to deteriorate. When Andrej, the service man, arrived for repair, I informed him of the additional problems. As it turned out the problem went from a solenoid issue to a main circuit board. Andrej quickly found that his supplier had the part in stock and immediately drove to the shop. Lo and behold he got the part, installed and checked it out and saved us from having everything in the refrigerator from spoiling. As a note, we found Andrej to be timely, very professional, and technically astute. It was a pleasure having him as out repairman."

"The entire process could not have gone smoother. Booking was very easy, communication was prompt, our technician Nate was on time and great to work with, the repair was performed quickly and price was very reasonable. I will definitely use Omega Force again the next time I need an appliance repair and will happily recommend them."

"Excellent service, on time and with good price for a Sunday emergency call. We'll contact them for any other future projects or emergency fixes."

"It went well. I could have had less work done and saved money but I wanted the kitchen drain system updated so it would drain properly. This should avoid future problems. I called the plumber and was not interested in differing estimates. Randy's was prompt and explained the need to update the drain system to avoid future problems and I agreed. If and when we update plumbing in other parts of the house I  would consider this company for the work."

"Dave replaced a sump pump for us. He called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He showed up on time, had the right replacement pump, and did the work quickly. He was personable and his rates were reasonable (as plumbers go)."

"Our 16-month-old refrigerator was cooling only to about 50 degrees, so we needed a quick response. Sears and Maytag's recommended service providers were scheduling a week out, so I called SOS to see if they could get here quicker. The technician came the same day, identified the problem, and had the defective part replaced within an hour. Will definitely call them again!"

"Juan was prompt and courteous. He communicated well providing an ETA both the night before and morning of our appointment. He took time to explain the issue and provided recommendations for replacement when he determined my washer was not worth fixing. He only charged for the service call since he recommended it be replaced. I would definitely use Juan again on future appliance repair needs."

"Discount Appliance did a great job."
