"Excellent customer service. After being told by another company that we couldnâ t get service for 6 weeks, I contacted Precise online and was contacted within 5 min. This was on a Friday. I was told they would try to come that same day, but since it wasnâ t an emergency to me, I said Monday would be fine. I was just happy to not have to wait 6 weeks! They called before showing up. I wasnâ t able to be home but they came and made the repair (to replace a cable). I thought there were some other issues that needed to be addressed and called the owner.
