"PMK replaced our water heater. They responded to our Angi inquiry immediately, arrived about an hour later, we agreed on how to proceed, and Mike left to collect the replacement for our water heater and an additional set of hands. Well done. Professional, careful, informative. Again, well done."

"The employee came over at the time he said he was gonna be there(on time), he was friendly, knowledgeable, and timely on installing the elements in my water heater. The price of the install was very reasonable, and I would advise anyone with a plumbing need, water heater, or otherwise, to contact Hamton Roads Water Services, they will do you right."

"I can’t recommend Sean Urquhart from A1 Sewer & Drain highly enough! We discovered a leak in our hot water heater last night and called A1’s 24/7 line. I was relieved to get an appointment scheduled for the very next day. Sean arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation, and gently broke the news that our water heater needed to be replaced. Although I was initially upset—since the water heater was installed just three years ago—Sean eased my concerns with his calm demeanor and professionalism, which made me feel much better about moving forward. Sean was incredibly respectful of our home, especially our new carpet. He took great care not to track dirt inside or get the carpet wet while replacing the unit, and he cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Overall, Sean did an excellent job, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call A1 Sewer & Drain again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommended!!"

"Actions when I originally call I could not afford the part replacement or a new hot water tank backin April. When I called Jason back this week we 1st went with the replacement part but he knew that he was not sure that it was going to work and he was honest with me about it. So I asked to go ahead and report it new in period the gas did a professional job. I will recommend this company to anyone."

"Worley’s got me all squared away with a mini split, new hot water heater and some fans. One contractor for all the jobs made life SO much better!"

"Did a great job. Came out and replaced 2 outdoor water spigots with frost free for a little under 1500. Great aervice"

"Trevor solved the problem with our shower drain pipe. We consulted a lot of plumbers before him but they could not figure out what to do and so overpriced. Trevor worked on it on the spot. He is great! 5.0 is not enough. TRPlumbing will always be our go-to company for all our plumbing projects or issues."

"Mike was so responsive and came right away in replacing my water heater. He took the time to explain to me what was needed to replace the unit. Mike and Patrick did an excellent job with the new install. I will definitely recommend their services."

"Pleased with service and equipment installed. Arrived a little late first day, weather halted work late that afternoon, so they had to come back and worked a full second day. So, it took a little longer than planned, but all good in the end. Obtained quotes from two other businesses for comparable equipment/installation; Rose Bros. quoted best price."

"The best HVAC CO. that I have ever use."
